Due at time of service. Cash and check preferred. Venmo, Zelle, Debit/Credit card, HSA (if your provider allows).

Appointment Reminders

A courtesy reminder will be sent via text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment by texting (925) 233.5822.

If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel on the day of your appointment, full payment is expected.

Late Arrivals

Your session length will be appropriately adjusted to meet your needs and we will use the time remaining for the service; however, full payment is expected.
